Mammoet Salvage is committed to a Full Compliance Culture, giving health, safety and environmental matters the highest priority. These are managed through our comprehensive Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHE-Q) Management System. This is supported by our employee training and internal communications, which all emphasize our target of ZERO accidents or incidents.

The Mammoet SHE-Q system provides our employees with the tools to create, review, revise and document Safe Systems of Work. It covers all the assessments, etc. needed to ensure that the work is done safely and effectively – every day.

All employees, contractors, subcontractors and visitors are expected to share this commitment and to understand their legal and moral obligations.

Mammoet Salvage takes great pride in its continuous improvement in SHE-Q. We use SHE-Q as a management system for running our business professionally. We also review all our operations regularly to find opportunities for improvement. Better SHE-Q is better for our people, better for our clients, better for our business.
